Usui Reiki

Is a Japanese Spiritual healing art developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century, which involves chanelling universal life force energy through the hands to promote physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Reiki aims to balance and harmonise the energy centres (chakras). Symbols are used to connect to the higher power.
